<div><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" align="left"><tbody><tr><td align="left" valign="top"><p><em>The Impact of errors in prescription incompleteness is diverse, started from those that do not provide any risk at all to the occurrence disability or even death. The Prescription screening useful prevent omissions information, poor prescribing and inappropriate prescribing. goal this study was screen completeness administration outpatient prescriptions for social security administrator patients regional public hospital Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai City. This a observational research with retrospective descriptive design, use purposive sampling. conducted General Hospital Pharmacy Installation City Binjai. April-June 2021. population number patient January 2021 March 2021, namely 3722 prescriptions. total sample 98 recipes.The data analysis used univariate analysis. results recipes show percentage Inscriptio reached 68.4% incomplete 31.6%, on complete Invocatio it 100%, Prescriptio 95% 5%, Signatura 91.84% 8.16%, Subscriptio full one reaches Pro 58.84% 41.16%. conclusion 67.35% while 32.65%.<strong> </strong>If an found, hoped pharmacy staff will confirm doctor concerned.</em></p><p><em> </em></p></td></tr></tbody></table></div><p><strong><em>Keyword: Pharmaceutical Installation, Completeness, Screening</em></strong></p>
